  Honestly I wouldn't even give 1star! I was also at 1360 new brighton location and Mark Pendergast was the landlord. As well as some of the other comments I read he also walked into my place when I wasn't home not sure how many times but, when I had to get off work early for being sick I came home and went straight to bed then about an hour later I hear my door unlocking, the chain stopped him! I came to the door pissed off and scared not knowing who it could be, I was 22 years old and I also lived alone! Not cool!! I also would leave for work at 5:30am mon-fri and every time there were people passed out in the hallways with cigarettes put out in the carpet of the hall! I felt very unsafe I had actually asked right when I moved in if he was making the building a secured enrty he said yes, 2yrs later its still not a secured entry. I originally signed a 9month lease, he wanted me to sign another lease I refused, I have been at garden view for 2yrs! Get out as soon as you can he is not a good guy!
