  I contacted UW with a request for a custom job - hand drawn artwork I wanted engraved into wood for a decorative wall piece. These gents guided me with stellar customer service start to finish! They gave a great recommendation on materials and the final product arrived on time, looks terrific, and they even threw in a hand written letter of gratitude. Do recommend.
